  CONSULTATION & SOLUTIONS

HPTSB provides a turnkey solution to all control bolting, Nitrogen/Helium leak testing and other pre- commissioning activities and also assist in providing advice and consultation related to its services. 

  TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT SALE/RENTAL

HPTSB provides control bolting related tools and services such as Pumps, Subsea Tensioners, Hydraulic Torque Wrenches (HTW), Hydraulic Bolt Tensioners (HBT), Hoses and other related equipment. On top of that, HPTSB also provides rental to Nitrogen/Helium Leak testing equipment's such as Nitrogen converter pumps, tanks, booster pumps and others as well.   PRE-COMMISSIONING/COMMISSIONING SERVICES

HPTSB do provide support to pre-commissioning activities which requires to be performed after completion or installation such as inspection, hydrostatic testing etc of an equipment or system to make ready for commissioning. This includes but not be limited to activities such as system checking as per P&ID's, site modifications, internal inspection of tanks, equipment or vessel, hot oil flushing, retro-jetting, air blowing of pipelines including gasket blowing, purging of system using nitrogen, leak test both for low pressure and high pressure systems.

From the provision of skilled personnel and rental of equipment's, to a complete service including preparation of individual work test packs, procedure preparation, scheduling of tests and development of a fully integrated pre-commissioning plan to include cleaning, drying, hydrostatic testing, purging and leak testing, HPTSB will ensure a total solution to clients requirement.

  EXPERIENCED & SKILLED MANPOWER

HPTSB is able to provide skilled manpower on site for control bolting related services as well as other pre-commissioning activities. On-shore and Off-shore, HPTSB can provide skilled manpower for the job.

  WAREHOUSE & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

With storage warehouse and shop lots in Wangsa Maju and Medan  Niaga Kepong in KL for general purposes, HPTSB plans to expand its  business into storage warehouse management and have an open  yard in several locations in Malaysia depending on the business needs,  and plan to have a fully assembled technically capable local team  to support its operation. HPTSB has also dealt with IT related supply and  software development (with Alpha Ryms Embedded System Sdn Bhd,  www.ares2u.com) in the past and therefore believes that the  company has the capability to venture into storage and inventory  management system in the future with given solutions of.

HPTSB with its associated company Alpha Ryms is able to customize all IT related systems in accordance to clients' needs including database management systems, inventory management system and other transportation and order management and systems.

  INTEGRATED NITROGEN & HELIUM LEAK TESTING SERVICES

Having involved in majority of new downstream or upstream projects, HPTSB believe Nitrogen and Helium Leak Testing services will complement its core control bolting services. This will ensure a complete mechanical joint integrity solution to clients and such. Its services will include but not limited to the following-

• System will be subjected to operating pressures with inert gas or dry air

• All Leaks are detected, (and quantified if using helium) and repaired before start-up

• All system components tested and instrumentation function tested

• Integral part of commissioning programed - systems are prepared for immediate start-up Quick, effective method of ensuring leak free systems

• Final system 'punch list' before start-up

The above integrated Nitrogen and Helium leak testing and bolting services will ensure leak free systems and tight condition to clients prior to introduction of hydrocarbon thus avoiding a huge environmental impact, hazardous situations and financial loss.
